DALBEATTIE STAR 3 UNIVERSITY OF STIRLING 1 Star earned just their second home league win of the season with an excellent performance against a fine University side. The visitors took the lead on the half hour when Kessie scored with a good finish but 3 minutes from the break Graeme Bell levelled with a great diving header. Six minutes after the break Ritchie Maxwell's brilliant run down the right saw him cut the ball back to Lewis Sloan who slammed Star ahead with an emphatic finish. The students pressed hard for an equaliser but the Star defence stood firm and the points were sealed in the 84th minute when Lewis Todd's shot took a wicked deflection leaving Marshall helpless in the Stirling goal
