Highlights as Louis Britton came off the bench to mark his debut with a goal at Ashton Gate. Ultimately, it came on a day where Brentford ran out 3-1 winners as City succumbed to defeat in their final game of the Sky Bet Championship season. After a goalless first half, Ivan Toney netted a record-breaking 31st goal of the campaign before the Bees doubled their lead, showing off their passing and movement qualities before Bryan Mbeumo eventually finished off a memorable team move. Sergi Canos netted a late third but there was still time for a glimmer of positivity as Under-23s striker Britton was well-placed to hit a consolation goal in front of the South Stand.
