FA Trophy QR1. Biggleswade had their first try at advancing in this competition last season (void) but went out, (having gone deep in the vase before) history repeated itself as a lively Evesham won this one 2-1. A penalty after 2 minutes set them on their way and they doubled their lead in the second half. Although FC pulled one back they couldn't find an equaliser and now head to Welwyn Garden City in the league on Tuesday anf the FA Cup on Saturday at Canvey Island.
