Ten-man Stoke City fell to a 4-2 defeat away to Queens Park Rangers following a topsy-turvy encounter. After falling behind to a Lyndon Dykes penalty, Ryan Mmaee pulled the Potters level on the stroke of half-time. Despite the dismissal of Enda Stevens shortly after the break, City forged ahead thanks to Wouter Burger’s second goal for the club. QPR clawed themselves level through Dykes before Ben Pearson's own goal in the final minute of normal time edged them back in front. Chris Willock added a fourth in stoppage tine.
