SPOILERS *Mark was having some issues with his mic electrocuting him off and on through the match, so that's what those static blips are here and there throughout the match.* Looking for 3 points at home, Wrexham welcome a Salford City side coming back into form after a slow start due to injuries. Salford controlled the ball well and looked sharp early on, going up up 0-1 in the 15' and 0-2 in the 36'. Elliot Lee would bring us back one before halftime scoring a header of a James McClean corner in the 39'. In the second half Wrexham had more opportunities with chance after chance, but finishing just wasn't there. But in the 87' Fletcher managed an equalizer off a Paul Mullin cross, quickly followed by the game winner of the Coedy Assassin, Jordan Davies (HE'S ONE OF OUR OWN!) in the 89'.
