This week Harleston Town renewed an old rivalry as they travelled to Mulbarton Wanderers, with both teams having had a fantastic rise to step 5 football, it's a credit to both teams that they are now here contesting a game in the Thurlow Nunn Premier Division. Both teams know each other well as In the 2017/2018 season Town pipped Mulbarton to the Sterry Cup(Anglian Combination Premier Division) in a fiercely contested title race, and it was actually at Mulbarton where the title was clinched that year for Town. Town boasts a fantastic record against Mulbarton over the years only losing 3 times in 11 with Town winning 8 of those games, and the last trip to Mulbarton saw a wonderful 4-0 win with a Nathan Stone Hatrick back in 2018 in the Thurlow Nunn North Division back when Adam Gusterson was our coach.
