The Colchester manager has come under fire this week for sexist slurs towards Forest Green manager, Sienna Thompson. Without going into too much detail, he insinuated that football is not a world for women. When asked for a comment, Ms. Thompson has this to say: "Comments in this regard will only fuel the flame. It tells me more about the man than he intends. All I can say is that we'll see what the score is at the end of the game. Perhaps then he'll have a higher opinion of me and of women in general." Forest Green Rovers host Colchester today and while there have been some heated battles in the past, the stage has been set for what appears to be an intriguing match.
