Introducing the NUIM Barnhall RFC under 11's "An Haka" !! The setting is the "Wonderful Barn" situated in Leixlip, Co Kildare and is about 1km from our club. The Barn is an unusual building over 250 years old which forms the centrepiece of our clubs logo Our video shows our Under 11 squad being lead by St Patrick performing a stirring Barnhall version of "An Haka". Also included are our local GAA & Soccer clubs (Leixlip United FC & St.Mary's GAA Club Leixlip) joining in with the line of "this ball can be for all" The words and actions are our own creation, and the boys have spent quite a lot of time learning it We have also involved our local community. Included in our video are "Can we win ?" clips from the teachers and students of Scoil Eoin Phóil, Scoil Muire & Scoil Coláiste Chiaráin. Fr John McNamara (Leixlip PP), Rev Scott Peoples, Patrick Bewley and The Kildare Fire Brigade also voiced their support too Involving our wider community, we have words of support from our own Trevor Brennan and Marty Moore. We also got great encouragement from the very honourable Desmond Guinness & world class referee Nigel Owens.
