Inter Milan have failed to reach the UEFA Champions League knockout stage for the second time in the last three years after an uninspiring 0-0 draw vs. Shakhtar Donetsk. ESPN FC's Steve Nicol, Frank Leboeuf, Gab Marcotti and Alejandro Moreno react to the latest failure from Antonio Conte's men. Marcotti says Conte himself is "full of excuses" and "performances matter," after the manager tried to blame the referees and Shakhtar's tactics.
