Haywards Heath Town hosted Bedfont Sports in the extra preliminary round of the Emirates F.A Cup on Tuesday 8th August 2017 at Hanbury Stadium. The Blues avenged their loss at Bedfont in the F.A Vase last season by running out 5-2 winners on this night. Heath's goals came from Joel Daly, a brace from Max Miller and one from 'The Wizard' Jamie Weston. The result sets Haywards Heath up for another home tie as they face South Park of the Bostik League South on Saturday 19th August in the first qualifying round.
