Round 9 of National League 2 West saw 12th placed Hornets, looking for their second win of the season, take on 9th placed Newport (Salop). Fireworks were anticipated. I watched the match from the sidelines and recorded most of the action, some of it in rain which did not suit my camera and involved the use of a 'made for the job' plastic bag. The match produced 52 points, 8 tries, 6 conversions and 1 yellow card, all recorded here except the last conversion which I deleted by mistake. Please note that I have no connection with Hornets RFC, albeit I have been made most welcome there. I am a keen follower of local rugby and enjoy filming matches for my own pleasure and am more than happy to share them here.
