Well I've made the trip up to Bala to watch a triathlon. Round 5 of the Welsh super series, and it's raining and blowing the lake is all choppy none of it looks very inviting. But as they say the show must go on. And then the sun came out and the whole place looked better. What a great day we'll organised and run, big thanks to all the helpers volunteers.
